UVIONIX, a robotics and automation startup, has successfully secured $3.5 million in seed funding. The investment round was led by LAUNCHub Ventures, with co-lead participation from Hungarian firm PortfoLion. Additional contributions came from Romanian Underline Ventures, German Robin Capital, and several prominent angel investors.

UVIONIX is leading the change in warehouse logistics by creating AI-powered autonomous flying robots. It is designed to improve inventory management and supply chain logistics by enabling real-time monitoring and digital reproduction of warehouse space. This will reduce manual stock checks, error rates, and costs while cutting down on the logistics process.

Founded in 2024 by Bulgarian entrepreneurs Boris Iskrev and Stanislav Darmonski, UVIONIX leverages nearly a decade of aerospace technology expertise to revolutionize warehouse automation. The company’s flagship product, U-Vee, is a compact, autonomous flying robot designed to navigate warehouse environments seamlessly.

By creating live digital twins of warehouse spaces, U-Vee provides instant visibility and transparency into inventory levels, achieving an impressive 99.9% accuracy rate.

With the newly acquired funding, UVIONIX plans to accelerate its product release and expand its market presence across the United States and Europe. The company is actively seeking strategic partnerships with major logistics and retail players to scale deployments across multiple industries.

Additionally, UVIONIX is expanding its AI and engineering teams in Bulgaria and the U.S., aiming to attract top-tier talent in AI, robotics, and automation to further develop its cutting-edge solutions.

Inventory management has long been a pain point for global supply chains, with manual stock checks leading to errors, inefficiencies, and increased operational costs. Traditional warehouse inventory processes are time-consuming, labor-intensive, and prone to inaccuracies, often causing delays and supply chain disruptions. UVIONIX addresses these challenges by introducing autonomous, real-time inventory monitoring with unmatched precision. The U-Vee system eliminates human errors and significantly reduces inventory-related costs, thereby enhancing overall supply chain efficiency.

The successful funding round underscores growing confidence in UVIONIX’s innovative approach to warehouse automation. Raya Yunakova, an investor at LAUNCHub Ventures, stated, “We believe UVIONIX’s AI-driven approach is setting a new industry standard. Their technology has the potential to redefine supply chain efficiency, and we’re excited to support their journey.

” Borgan Iordache, General Partner at Underline Ventures, added, “Logistics and warehousing are adopting new technology at a fast pace, due to AI developments, workforce shortages, and the continuous need for optimization. The UVIONIX team can address these challenges by leveraging its entrepreneurial and technical experience, and building a best-in-class product for its category.”

As UVIONIX embarks on this next phase of growth, the company remains committed to its vision of making supply chain management smarter, faster, and more transparent. With the support of its investors and the dedication of its team, UVIONIX is poised to transform the way warehouses operate globally, setting new standards in efficiency and accuracy through innovative technology.
